Now, I know I’m not alone when I say that I despised the 2013 version of Carrie. Despite how much I hate it and want to rant about it, I’m going to leave it alone. I want to sing a little bit of praise for the 2002 made-for-TV version of Carrie. I feel like David Carson’s vision/version of the novel and already fantastic original film is a fantastic adaptation, often passed over by casual fans or mistaken for the 1999 sequel, The Rage: Carrie 2.
