I am definitely setting myself up for some pretty harsh criticism with my next statement, but here goes nothing. Remakes are not even close to as bad of a thing as most horror fans would have you believe. Believe it or not, even though I’ve been a horror film fanatic for half of my life, I just never got around to watching many of the Stephen King adaptations that have been produced.
